The inaugural Whakapapa Adaptive Festival marks a major step forward in making snow sports more accessible to disabled communities across the North Island. It brings together a programme of adaptive ski and snowboard lessons, volunteer-supported riding, sightseeing, sledding and community activities designed specifically for people with disabilities and their families.
